Brett's primary function is new business development for the company.  Using his 11 years of experience, he is also very involved in the daily management of CD Surveying with emphasis on customer service.   He enjoys all sports but focuses on golf the majority of his free time.  Also, Brett is the tournament director for the monthly client outing called the FLY Open.  Learn more about it on the events page of this website.

Steve Donaldson-Partner/Co-Owner

Steve is the registered professional land surveyor on staff whose primary responsibility is coordinating the crews in the field as well as the management of the drafting department. He has over thirty years experience surveying in Dallas/Fort Worth.  Steve's outside interests are hunting and spending time with his family.  

Carlos duties include planning daily routes for the crews, preparing survey plats, re-plats and research.  He oversees the other draftsmen and troubleshoots with them when necessary.  He enjoys his dogs, paintball competition and spending time  with his  girlfriend Mae.

Lino is one of our quality CAD-operator/ technicians.  He likes the Redskins and racing cars in his off time.  He loves his children and his rock and roll.

If you call the office you'll more than likely have the pleasure of speaking with her.  Sharon is responsible for all order processing, customer service, invoicing, A/R, A/P and general office operations. Suffice to say she can and does do a bit of everything for us.  Sharon is a true team player and goes the extra mile for our clients. 

A vital member of our drafting department.  He combines several years of field and office experience which makes him extremely valuable to our team.  He enjoys music and his time spent with his family.

A great addition to our group last year.  His work ethic and leadership has made him a real asset to our company.  He has a great sense of humor and has become our office chef because of his Louisiana style of culinary art.

Stephanie- Office Assistant
